    Please note that if some items in your order are out of stock, we will immediately notify you and process a refund.

After the order meets the return/refund conditions, we will send a guide to assist you in completing the relevant process.

·If applying for a return/refund/exchange request, please refer to the following conditions:

  1. The goods were not delivered on time.
    If the received product does not match the order, please contact us within 7 days. We will resend the corresponding actual order products for free.
  2. If you receive damaged products, please notify us within 48 hours after the package is delivered [email protected] Contact us and provide at least 3 pictures and relevant information (including product name, barcode, and original packaging). After the review, we will process the refund or exchange.

  3. Take close-up photos of the damaged area from multiple angles.
  4. Display relevant images of damaged goods and their surrounding environment or packaging.
  5. Photos containing product name and barcode.
  6. Include photos of the original packaging and shipping labels.
    When submitting information, please provide relevant information such as order number, damaged product name, and damage description.

If you apply for a return/refund/exchange due to personal reasons (such as not liking/no longer needing the product), please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. If the request is approved, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping and related processing fees, and we will notify the customer to pay the actual related shipping costs. After confirming the return or exchange request, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. The refund is expected to be returned to your order payment account within 5-10 business days.

·If the following situations occur, it will not be possible to request a return/refund/exchange:
(1) Not submitting an application within 30 days after receiving the goods.
(2) The product has been opened, used, or does not meet the conditions for resale.

  1. How to apply for returns and refunds

If your payment order status shows as’ incomplete ‘(i.e. the package has not been shipped yet), please apply for a refund according to the following instructions.

(1) Go to ‘Contact Us’ and submit a request through the form, providing your name, email, order number, and detailed request information.
(2) After receiving and verifying your return request, we will notify you via email that the refund has been approved.
(3) The refund will be returned to your payment account within 1-10 working days, depending on the processing time of your payer.

If your payment order status shows as “Completed” or “Shipped” (i.e. the package has been shipped), you must first return the item before you can apply for a refund. Please follow the instructions below to apply for a return and refund.

(1) Go to ‘Contact Us’ and send us a message using the web form, stating your name, email address, order number, and request details.
(2) After receiving and verifying your return request, we will send an email containing the approved return request and the return shipping label. Please ensure to return the package within 10 working days after receiving this email, otherwise the refund will be cancelled. If the order does not meet the return/refund requirements, we will also reject your return request.
(3) After receiving and checking the returned package for product accuracy, we will process the refund.
(4) You will receive the refund within 5-10 working days and be notified of the refund progress via email.
